Ingredients

- 1/2 piece of canned pears in light syrup (1/4 of whole pear)
- 2 1/2 tablespoons light syrup, from canned pears
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1/2 lime, juice of
- 2 1/2 ounces vodka
- pear, slice (garnish) (optional)
Recipe
- 1 muddle the pear, pear syrup and simple syrup in cocktail shaker.
- 2 add other ingredients and shake with ice.
- 3 strain into cocktail glass.
- 4 thinly slice the pear, and hang on martini glass.
