- 2 tablespoons rum (1 ounce)
- 4 teaspoons vanilla liqueur (2/3 ounce)
- 1 1/2 ounces passion-fruit juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons simple syrup (1/3 ounce dissolve one part sugar in one part boiling water and cool)
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in a blender. add a handful of ice cubes, and blend until it has a smoothie-like consistency.
