Ingredients

- 1 ounce superfine sugar
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 12 ounces ice cubes
- 1/2 mango, flesh chopped
- 1 peach, stone removed
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice, strained
- 3/8 cup rum
Recipe
- 1 dissolve the sugar in boiling water and leave to cool.
- 2 pour into a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- 3 serve straight away in chilled tall glasses.
