Fruit Slush

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 20 ounces fruit cocktail (1 large can)
  • 20 ounces crushed pineapple
  • 1 quart strawberry, cut into eigths (or 20oz bag frozen strawberries, cut into eigths or smaller)
  • 6 ounces frozen orange juice
  • 3 large bananas, cut in small bits
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 pour juices from fruit cocktail and crushed pineapple into medium size pan. add sugar; heat only until sugar dissolves. remove pan from heat; add frozen orange juice and stir until dissolved.
  • 2 in large plastic bowl, put pineapple, fruit cocktail, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, and the orange juice mixture. add bananas and strawberries to the fruit; mix well with spoon.
  • 3 cover with plastic lid or plastic wrap and freeze. take from the freezer 1 hour before serving. leftover can be re-frozen.
