Fruit Smoothie

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 ounces fruit cocktail, chilled
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup ice cube
  • 2 cinnamon, ground (dashes)

Recipe

  • 1 in a blender container combine undrained fruit cocktail and remaining ingredients.
  • 2 cover; blend till combined.
  • 3 add ice cubes; cover and blend till smooth.
  • 4 sprinkle with additional cinnamon (for garnish), if desired.
  • 5 serve immediately.
