- 1 sliver fresh ginger
- i sprig mint (garnish)
- 1 strip lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup
- 2 ounces tequila
- 4 ounces apple cider
- ice
Recipe
- 1 muddle mint leaves, lemon zest, giner sliver and agave syrup in a cocktail shaker.
- 2 add the apple cider, tequila and ice. shake vigorously.
- 3 strain over crushed ice and serve with mint sprig.
