Ingredients

• 30 ml tequila
• 15 ml dry gin
• 15 ml soho lychee liqueur
• 15 ml sugar syrup
• 15 ml passion fruit pulp, fresh
• 1 inch cucumber, chopped
• ice

Recipe

• 1 muddle cucumber and passion fruit.
• 2 add remaining ingredients then shake and double strain into a chilled martini glass.
• 3 garnish with half a passion fruit.
