Ramos Gin Fizz

Ingredients

- 3 cups ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 3/4 cup gin
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup half-and-half or 1/4 cup light cream
- 1 cup club soda, chilled
- 1/4 cup simple syrup, chilled
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
Recipe
