Fruit Cocktail Cake

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 (15 ounce) can fruit cocktail
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 small can milk (5 oz. carnation or 1/2 cup milk)

Recipe

  • 1 mix and put in cake pan.
  • 2 then put 1/2 c brown sugar, chopped nuts (as many as desired).
  • 3 bake at 325 30-40 minutes.
  • 4 frosting: pour over cake while hot.
