Fruit Cocktail Cobbler

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 (17 ounce) can fruit cocktail, drained
  • ice cream, if desired

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 pour butter into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
  • 3 in a mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar and baking powder until well combined.
  • 4 stir in milk until smooth.
  • 5 pour into pan and stir around to incorporate some of the butter.
  • 6 spoon fruit evenly over batter.
  • 7 bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
  • 8 top with ice cream if desired.
