Fruit Cocktail Glazed Salad

Ingredients

- 2 apples, diced
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can fruit cocktail in light syrup, drained with juice reserved
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained with juice reserved
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
Recipe
- 1 combine all fruit together in a large bowl.
- 2 combine reserved juices, cornstarch, and water in a small saucepan. over med-high heat bring to a boil, stirring constantly. let boil 1 minute. remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. pour over fruit, mix well. refrigerate 2 hours or until cold. enjoy!
