Ingredients
- 4 cups vodka
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 -2 cup fresh lavender flowers
Recipe
- 1 place lightly bruised petals in a jar with vodka and steep for two days.
- 2 then, add sugar and steep for two weeks, shaking vigorously once or twice a day to let sugar dissolve.
- 3 strain and filter into clean decanter. then freeze to serve icy cold!
