- 1 1/2 lbs medium to large shrimp, shelled and deveined (cooked)
- 1 (48 ounce) can v8 vegetable juice
- 1 (8 ounce) jar seafood cocktail sauce
- 8 ounces salsa (as hot as you like it)
- 2 cups chopped cilantro
- 3 diced avocados
- 4 medium diced vine ripe tomatoes
- 2 limes, juice of
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients together and allow about 3 hours for marinating.
- 2 serve cold.
