Choc Port Flip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 80 ml pouring cream
  • 50 ml port wine
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons chocolate fudge topping
  • 1/4 teaspoon powdered sugar icing
  • 3 -4 large ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon pouring cream, extra
  • ground nutmeg, to serve
  • chocolate cream wafer, to serve

Recipe

  • 1 place the cream in a bowl. use a balloon whisk to whisk until soft peaks form.
  • 2 place port, egg, topping, sugar, ice and extra cream in a cocktail shaker. shake until combined. strain into a 250ml (1-cup) capacity serving glass. top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg. serve with wafers.
