Ingredients

- 1 cup pearl tapioca
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 (20 ounce) can fruit cocktail, , drained
- 3/4 cup whipped cream (my mother in law uses nutriwhip non dairy whipped topping)
Recipe
- 1 soak tapioca and water over night,drain add milk and salt and cook until transparent.
- 2 add sugar, and cool.
- 3 add fruit cocktail.
- 4 fold in whipped cream.
- 5 chill.
