Halle Berry Smoothie (from Blackcat13 Restaurant, Saigon Vn)

Ingredients

  • 50 g fat free sugar free yogurt
  • 30 g fresh blackberries
  • 30 g fresh strawberries
  • 20 g cranberry juice concentrate (not fresh) or 20 g sorbet (not fresh)
  • 20 g blueberries
  • 20 g raspberries
  • 50 g cracked ice

Recipe

  • 1 be sure to rinse all berries well and drain well.
  • 2 place all items in blender.
  • 3 blend on 'high' 20 to 30 seconds or until drink is at desired consistency.
  • 4 pour into chilled glass and garnish if desired with a few frozen berries on top.
  • 5 insert straw and enjoy! for a killer summertime cocktail, embibe with a healthy shot of premium rum.
