Ingredients
- 50 ml dry gin
- 10 ml fino sherry wine
- 15 ml lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 1 strip grapefruit zest, for garnish
Recipe
- 1 place drink ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- 2 strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.
- 3 garnish with a strip of grapefruit zest.
