Ingredients

- 4 ripe passion fruit (or 1 cup passion fruit juice)
- 4 ounces rum
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 cups ice, crushed
- angostura bitters
- nutmeg, freshly grated
Recipe
- 1 squeeze the passion fruits and strain the juice.
- 2 in a pitcher combine the juice with the rum, sugar, and ice. stir well.
- 3 pour the mixture into 4 glasses. add a dash of bitters and sprinkle nutmeg top each glass then serve.
