Peach , Mango And Rum Frappé

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 ounce superfine sugar
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 12 ounces ice cubes
  • 1/2 mango, flesh chopped
  • 1 peach, stone removed
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice, strained
  • 3/8 cup rum

Recipe

  • 1 dissolve the sugar in boiling water and leave to cool.
  • 2 pour into a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • 3 serve straight away in chilled tall glasses.
