- 3 fresh raspberries
- 1 teaspoon raspberry liqueur
- 1/4 cup stolichnaya vodka
- 2 ice cubes
- champagne, to fill
Recipe
- 1 place 2 raspberries in a cocktail shaker.
- 2 add in the raspberry liquor, vodka and ice.
- 3 cover and shake together until well blended.
- 4 carefully strain into a champagne flute, top with champagne, then the remaining raspberry and serve at once.
