Rosemary-garlic Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
  • salt & pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 275º.
  • 2 toss the pumpkin seeds with olive oil and the spices.
  • 3 spread the pumpkin seeds in a even layer on a rimmed baking sheet & roast for about 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes until golden brown.
