Ingredients
- 1 ounce light rum
- 1 1/2 ounces torani sugar-free coconut syrup
- 1/4 cup breyer's double churn fat free vanilla ice cream
- 1 tablespoon crushed pineapple in juice
- 3/4 cup ice, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute (or another no-calorie sweetener)
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients in a blender.
- 2 blend on high speed for 30 seconds.
- 3 pour into a cute cocktail glass.
