Ingredients

• Servings: 2
• 2 ounces light rum
• 2 ounces simple syrup (1 part sugar, 1 part water)
• 1 ounce mathilde raspberry liqueur
• 1 ounce rose champagne (chandon rose)
• 1 ounce fresh lime juice
• 2 -3 strawberries, hulled (plus extra for garnish)
• 2 -3 sage leaves, for garnish

Recipe

• 1 combine the rum, simple syrup, raspberry liqueur, rosé champagne, lime juice, and 2-3 strawberries in a blender with 2 cups ice.
• 2 blend until smooth.
• 3 pour into two or three chilled cocktail glasses (or champagne flutes).
• 4 garnish each with a half strawberry and a sage leaf.
