Quick Mix Fruit Cocktail Cake

- 1 package pillsbury banana quick bread mix
- 16 ounces fruit cocktail, undrained
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit(350 for glass pan).
- 2 grease and flour 8 or 9-inch square pan or 11x7 inch pan.
- 3 combine bread mix, undrained fruit cocktail, and egg.
- 4 stir until well mixed.
- 5 pour into prepared pan.
- 6 combine nuts, brown sugar and mini morsels.
- 7 sprinkle over batter.
- 8 bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
- 9 serve warm or cold.
- 10 can serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
