Ramos Gin Fizz

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 cups ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 cup gin
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup half-and-half or 1/4 cup light cream
  • 1 cup club soda, chilled
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup, chilled
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup water

Recipe
