fruit cocktail smoothie

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 can fruit cocktail (drained- or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup seedless grapes
  • 1 cup tropicana strawberry-orange juice
  • ice cube, 1 tray

Recipe

  • 1 blend till smooth.
  • 2 can be frozen for a snack.
