Ingredients

- 2 pints raspberry sherbet
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 cups orange juice
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 48 ounces cranberry juice cocktail
- 2 (28 ounce) bottles champagne
Recipe
- 1 soften 1 pint sherbet.
- 2 in a punch bowl, combine softened sherbet, lemon juice, orange juice and sugar.
- 3 stir to dissolve sugar.
- 4 add cranberry juice.
- 5 add champagne.
- 6 drop scoops of remaining sherbet on top of punch before serving.
