Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- salt & pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 275º.
- 2 toss the pumpkin seeds with olive oil and the spices.
- 3 spread the pumpkin seeds in a even layer on a rimmed baking sheet & roast for about 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes until golden brown.
