Cherry Brandy

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • firm ripe cherries, include 10 cherry pits per every 1/2 kg cherries
  • 3 ounces crushed sugar candy sprinkles
  • 2 cloves

Recipe

  • 1 half fill wide mouthed glass jars with cherries.
  • 2 add flavourings to fruit and fill bottles with good brandy and cork securely.
  • 3 leave for three months, then strain and rebottle.
