Ingredients
- firm ripe cherries, include 10 cherry pits per every 1/2 kg cherries
- 3 ounces crushed sugar candy sprinkles
- 2 cloves
Recipe
- 1 half fill wide mouthed glass jars with cherries.
- 2 add flavourings to fruit and fill bottles with good brandy and cork securely.
- 3 leave for three months, then strain and rebottle.
