Georgia Peach Cocktail

Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1 dash vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon superfine sugar
- 1 1/2 ounces vodka
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 ounce peach schnapps
- 1/2 ounce apricot brandy
- swirl raspberry puree
Recipe
- 1 combine the peaches, lime juice, rum, schnapps, brandy, vanilla, and sugar in the blender until smooth. slowly add the ice with the blender running and process until smooth. drizzle a spoon of raspberry puree, swirl and serve in chilled cocktail glasses.
- 2 raspberry puree.
- 3 1 - 12 ounce bag of unsweetened frozen raspberries
- 4 1/3 cup of granulated sugar (or to taste).
- 5 place a large fine meshed strainer over a bowl and thaw 1 - 12 ounce bag of unsweetened frozen raspberries. this will take several hours.
- 6 gently press the berries to force all the juice from the berries. all that should remain in the strainer is the raspberry seeds.
- 7 add sugar to taste.
