Georgia Peach Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 dash vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon superfine sugar
  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 ounce peach schnapps
  • 1/2 ounce apricot brandy
  • swirl raspberry puree

Recipe

  • 1 combine the peaches, lime juice, rum, schnapps, brandy, vanilla, and sugar in the blender until smooth. slowly add the ice with the blender running and process until smooth. drizzle a spoon of raspberry puree, swirl and serve in chilled cocktail glasses.
  • 2 raspberry puree.
  • 3 1 - 12 ounce bag of unsweetened frozen raspberries
  • 4 1/3 cup of granulated sugar (or to taste).
  • 5 place a large fine meshed strainer over a bowl and thaw 1 - 12 ounce bag of unsweetened frozen raspberries. this will take several hours.
  • 6 gently press the berries to force all the juice from the berries. all that should remain in the strainer is the raspberry seeds.
  • 7 add sugar to taste.
