Lush Slush

Ingredients
- Servings: 24
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
- 7 cups water
- 1 (12 ounce) can frozen orange juice
- 1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade
- 1 (750 ml) bottle rum or 1 (750 ml) bottle brandy (apricot, peach, blackberry)
Recipe
- 1 prepare in large tuperware type container with lid that will fit in your freezer.
- 2 stir well, put the lid on and freeze mixture (overnight is best).
- 3 you will need to give it a stir every few hours.
- 4 when slushy, serve in a tall glass with half squirt/fresca (grapefruit flavored pop) or 7up/sprite.
- 5 ratio 1/2 slush and 1/2 pop.
- 6 garnish with a cherry.
- 7 note: i have never made this with rum.
- 8 i have always made it with brandy.
- 9 the apricot and peach are the prettiest drinks-- the blackberry turned out the color of icy ditch water.
- 10 we drank it anyway!
