Ingredients
- 1/4 lb dried corned beef
- 1 lb swiss cheese, shredded, divided
- 1 bunch green onion
- 16 ounces sauerkraut
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- thousand island dressing
- rye cocktail bread
Recipe
- 1 chop beef and onions.
- 2 rinse sauerkraut.
- 3 mix 8 oz of cheese and mayonnaise; microwave until cheese melts.
- 4 sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- 5 serve with cocktail rye bread and thousand island dressing.
