Fruit Cocktail Smoothie

Total Time: 7 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 (8 ounce) can fruit cocktail, chilled
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients, except ice and cinnamon in blender for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • 2 add ice and pulse until mixture becomes smooth and slushy.
  • 3 add cinnamon and pulse again for 2-3 seconds.
  • 4 serve cold.
