Ingredients

- 1 (16 ounce) can fruit cocktail
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons canola oil or 2 tablespoons corn oil
Recipe
- 1 grease a two quart glass casserole dish.
- 2 in a medium bowl, mix the entire can fruit cocktail (including juice or syrup), flour, sugar, salt, soda, oil, and egg.
- 3 pour the mix into the casserole.
- 4 bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
