Recipe

• 1 mix ketchup and hot sauce together well. add more depending on the heat you desire.
• 2 dice celery rib very finely.
• 3 grate the lemon to make fine lemon zest.
• 4 cut lemon and get all the juice you can.
• 5 add celery, zest and juice to ketchup/hot sauce mix.
• 6 serve with steamed shrimp.
• 7 shrimp can be added directly to the cocktail sauce and served all together or used as a dip.
