Ingredients

- 1 ounce amaretto
- 1/2 ounce cherry brandy
- 1/2 ounce brown creme de cacao
- 1 ounce heavy cream
Recipe
- 1 pour the first 3 ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- 2 shake vigorously.
- 3 strain into a cocktail glass.
- 4 float the cream over the top.
- 5 garnish with grated chocolate.
