Hot Reuben Dip

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese (6 oz)
• 1/2 cup thousand island dressing
• 4 ounces shaved deli corned beef, chopped
• 1/2 cup drained sauerkraut
• rye cocktail bread or cracker

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 400.
• 2 mix cream cheese, 1 cup swiss cheese, dressing and corned beef.
• 3 spread in pie plate or quiche dish.
• 4 top with sauerkraut and remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
• 5 bake about 15 minutes or until bubbly around edges.
• 6 serve hot with cocktail rye bread or crackers.
