Kicky Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1/3 cup hot water
• 4 cups milk
• 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 pinch salt
• 4 ounces cinnamon schnapps
• whipped cream
• cinnamon

Recipe

• 1 mix sugar, cocoa and salt in saucepan.
• 2 stir in water.
• 3 cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils.
• 4 boil and stir 2 minutes.
• 5 stir in milk and heat, do not boil.
• 6 remove from heat, add vanilla.
• 7 pour into mugs.
• 8 add a shot of schnapps.
• 9 top off with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
