Ingredients
- Servings: 1
- 1 fluid ounce vodka (absolut)
- 1 fluid ounce pear nectar
- 1/2 fluid ounce peach brandy (or apricot brandy)
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 ounce champagne, of choice
Recipe
- 1 to a martini shaker filled with ice, add all ingredients except champagne.
- 2 shake well and strain into martini glass.
- 3 top with champagne and serve.
