- 2 (6 ounce) cans real crabmeat (substitute fresh crab if available)
- 12 ounces sliced american cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons minced onions
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients into top of double boiler pan and heat until cheese is melted.
- 2 place dip in chafing dish over sterno flame to keep warm. serve with mini cocktail rye (best) or crackers.
