- 9 ounces rum (1 cup plus 2 t)
- 6 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grenadine
- 4 1/2 tablespoons superfine sugar
- lime slice, if desired (to garnish)
Recipe
- 1 stir together all ingredients in a pitcher until sugar is dissolved, then add about 2 cups ice cubes and stir until very cold.
- 2 pour daiquiris through a sieve into martini glasses.
