- 1 dash orange bitters
- 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
- 1 1/2 ounces light rum
Recipe
- 1 mix ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- 2 shake well.
- 3 strain into a chilled martini glass.
- 4 serve with a stuffed olive or cocktail onion on martini pick.
- 5 twist a lemon peel over the drink but do not drop.
