Ingredients

- 45 ml gin
- 15 ml apple liqueur
- 45 ml red grapefruit juice
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 3 lychees (& a dash syrup)
Recipe
- 1 muddle all fruit & lychee syrup in a cocktail shaker then add all ingredients with ice.
- 2 shake and fine strain in a chilled martini glass. garnish with a thin wedge of apple.
