- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 400 g cocktail franks
- homemade tomato sauce or relish
- 1 egg, beaten
- poppy seed (optional)
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 200°c cut each sheet of puff pastry into 12 squares. brush each with tomato sauce. place a frankfurt in the middle of each square and roll. brush pastry with egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds if using.
- 2 bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
