Hibiscus-rose Teani

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 3 -5 mint leaves
  • 1 ounce simple syrup (made with 1 part water, 1 part sugar)
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 2 ounces chilled brewed hibiscus tea
  • 3 organic rose petals, for garnish

Recipe

  • 1 in a cocktail shaker, mash the mint leaves with the simple syrup.
  • 2 add in vodka and hibiscus tea; fill with ice; cover and shake vigorously.
  • 3 strain into a chilled martini glass; float rose petals on top.
