Ingredients

- 3 -5 mint leaves
- 1 ounce simple syrup (made with 1 part water, 1 part sugar)
- 2 ounces vodka
- 2 ounces chilled brewed hibiscus tea
- 3 organic rose petals, for garnish
Recipe
- 1 in a cocktail shaker, mash the mint leaves with the simple syrup.
- 2 add in vodka and hibiscus tea; fill with ice; cover and shake vigorously.
- 3 strain into a chilled martini glass; float rose petals on top.
