Ingredients

- 2 (2 ounce) packages corned beef, chopped
- 1 (6 ounce) can sauerkraut
- 1 cup thousand island dressing
- 8 ounces swiss cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 mix ingredients together and place in a quiche pan or 9 inch pan.
- 2 bake at 350 f for 30 minutes or until heated through.
- 3 serve with rye chips or cocktail rye.
