Christy's Caramel Pear Martini

Total Time: 32 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 slice pear
  • caramel ice cream topping
  • 1 fluid ounce vodka
  • 1 fluid ounce pear juice
  • champagne

Recipe

  • 1 place 1 slice canned pear in a martini glass.
  • 2 drizzle caramel topping up and down the sides of the inside of the glass.
  • 3 place glass in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  • 4 remove glass when ready to serve.
  • 5 in a shaker mix 1 shot vodka and 1 shot pear juice. pour into frozen glass.
  • 6 top with champagne. enjoy!
  • 7 cooking time is freezer time.
