- 30 ml rum
- 120 ml pineapple juice
- 60 ml kiwi liqueur
- soda water, to top up (optional)
Recipe
- 1 pour the kiwi liqueur, bacardi rum and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker with 5 ice cubes. shake well, pour into a collins glass, and serve.
