- 1 ounce rum
- 1/2 ounce galliano
- 2 teaspoons rose hip syrup
- 2 teaspoons simple syrup
- 2 teaspoons coconut milk (use full fat)
- 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon milk
Recipe
- 1 half fill a cocktail shaker with finely crushed ice. add all the ingredients and shake well. pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with a pineapple slice, orange slice and a cherry.
