Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 ounce rum
  • 1/2 ounce galliano
  • 2 teaspoons rose hip syrup
  • 2 teaspoons simple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons coconut milk (use full fat)
  • 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon milk

Recipe

  • 1 half fill a cocktail shaker with finely crushed ice. add all the ingredients and shake well. pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with a pineapple slice, orange slice and a cherry.
