Pink Mai Tai

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 ounce dark rum
  • 1 ounce light rum
  • 1 ounce orange curacao
  • 3 ounces orange juice
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon amaretto
  • 1 teaspoon simple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon grenadine

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in order starting with the light rum on down in a highball glass over shaved ice.
  • 2 stir.
  • 3 pour dark rum over top.
  • 4 garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry or edible flower.
