Ingredients

- 1 ounce dark rum
- 1 ounce light rum
- 1 ounce orange curacao
- 3 ounces orange juice
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1 teaspoon amaretto
- 1 teaspoon simple syrup
- 1 teaspoon grenadine
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in order starting with the light rum on down in a highball glass over shaved ice.
- 2 stir.
- 3 pour dark rum over top.
- 4 garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry or edible flower.
